Fall banding has officially begun! We started banding this week, with our new head bander, Mattie VandenBoom. We are all looking forward to a great fall banding session!
As always, visitors are welcome to come join in the banding fun! There hasn't been too much activity so far, but it's still early in the season. Time spent waiting for birds to fly into our nets can be a bit slow, so tomorrow I'm breaking out The Great North American Bird Watching Trivia Game. It's more fun with more players, so come out to our banding station and test your Bird Watching Trivia skills.
