It's over until fall - season summary!




Well, we had a very good spring (we think, future years may show us up!) The following is a tentative summary, data still needs to be entered and analyzed! Weather permitted us to band 32 days and our total net hours were 2215.25. We ended with a total of 1154 birds of 77 species; 925 new birds and 229 recaptures!! For new birds, our highest numbers per species were Yellow Warblers (180) and Gray Catbirds (134). 17 species we caught only once. Below is the species list in order from most to least captured!
